# Activity Form Template

Abstract

The Activity Template Type is used only for form-related activities. Clients have the option to display the new hire form in a wizard where the new hire can first fill the fields, move on to provide their e-signature and finally view the onboarding form in a read-only mode. This is an additional custom option for form display.
