Abstract
Talent Suite browser support is regularly updated to reflect changes as needed.
Refer to Talent Suite Browser Support section in the Supported Browsers and Languages Guide for browser details.
Internet Explorer (IE) 11 - Notice
Microsoft will drop browser support for Internet Explorer (IE) 11 at the end of November 2020.
Chrome Version 80 - Notice
Users accessing Talent Suite BrassRing on Cloud (both the Hiring and Jobs-Internal Talent Gateway applications) using Chrome version 80 will encounter issues such as the header and footer missing, making it impossible to open any applications or access menu options.
Note
If you wish to avoid updating to the latest version of Google Chrome, please refer to your IT department to determine if this is possible within your organization's policies and procedures.
Third Party Cookies
Some modern browsers block third-party cookies by default. This can cause issues for Talent Suite BrassRing, such as BrassRing not fully loading or continually refreshing.
Talent Management Solution domain URLs can be added to the browser as an exception to the cookie blocking. For more information, refer to Configure BrassRing Third-Party Browser Cookie Exceptions under Google Chrome.
