# Assumptions

Abstract

It is assumed that onboarding managers already have an understanding of the federal Form I-9 and the federal E-Verify program.

For this reason, this document does not go into detail about these. Instead, it focuses on how Onboard and Onboard Manager work with Form I-9 and E-Verify to ensure a successful employment verification.
