BRASSRING DARK LAUNCH
Dark Launch features are those that are released to the Staging environment only and are NOT released to the Production environment for a considerable amount of time.
This process gives an opportunity and enough time to test these features thoroughly before they are available in the production environment. Clients are requested to configure and test these features and provide their feedback and inputs to your respective Infinite representatives.
There are no Dark Launch features in this release.

Integrations: Indeed Integration Form – Question Branching
Clients who have enabled the Indeed Integration Form will have access to question branching.
Starting with this release, to set up question branching for questions on the Indeed Integration Form, follow these steps:
Path: Workbench > Forms > Candidate Forms > Indeed Integration Form > Administrative Form Fields > Select a question and click Edit Field Attributes within the settings.
Under Question Branching, choose Yes or No.
Note: Question branching allows configuration for only one question and one response.

Data Insight Tool: Public Key Column change
The public key text is limited to 4,000 characters per the current functionality.
Starting with this release, the public key column datatype is updated from 4000 characters to maximum.

Data Insight Tool: Alert Messages for Deletion
Currently, the alert messages displayed are different when multiple templates are selected for deletion when compared to choosing a single template.
Starting with this release, the delete template alerts are as follows:

Data Insight Tool: Keyboard Actions
Starting with this release, the actions for scheduling, moving, sending, editing, copying, attaching, replacing macros, and removing macros are inaccessible via the keyboard when selecting multiple templates.
The keyboard navigation skips over these options, moving directly to the "Run" and "Delete" buttons instead.

Talent Gateway: Removal of Settings
Starting with this release, configuring a full Talent Gateway is streamlined, and only those settings that are currently supported and relevant to the workbench user are displayed.
This significantly increases the usability for clients and client services who add or edit Talent Gateway details.
Path: Tools > Talent Gateways > Add new (Full, Global) / Edit (Full, Global)
The fields below are removed:

Workbench: Enhanced Dependency Details
Starting with this release, below are the dependencies when inactivating or deleting various forms and fields in the Enhanced Dependency Details helping users assess the impact on the system.
Req Forms - Inactive and Delete
Enhanced Dependency Details: Displays Trigger and Form Filter dependencies associated with the Req Forms.
Candidate Forms, Document Subsidiary Forms, Req Subsidiary Forms - Inactive and Delete
Enhanced Dependency Details: Shows dependencies that block HR status updates for these forms.
Fields (Reqs, Candidates, Document Subsidiary Forms, Req Subsidiary Forms) - Inactive
Enhanced Dependency Details: This includes dependencies related to reporting in case of inactivation.
Fields (Reqs, Candidates, Document Subsidiary Forms, Req Subsidiary Forms) - Delete
Enhanced Dependency Details: This includes reporting and transactional data dependencies when deleting fields.
Clicking this link will display additional dependency details.
This approach ensures that all dependencies are visible in the Enhanced Dependency Details before inactivating or deleting elements.

Data Insight Tool: Checkbox functionality for Filter and Output fields
As per the current functionality, the option to delete filter fields only once or all at once is available.
However, the option to delete multiple fields is not available.
A multi-select check box with a 'Delete' button is provided as shown below:
Starting with this release, the checkbox is provided to select multiple fields for deletion in both filter and output fields.

Data Insight Tool: Multiple Ad-hoc Reports
Starting with this release, users can select and run multiple ad-hoc reports simultaneously.
The progress and status of each report are displayed as they run concurrently.
As each report completes, its results are displayed immediately, while the remaining reports continue to process in the background.
If Dynamic reports are selected to run with multiple reports, the report runs with saved filter criteria.
To add/ change the filter criteria of a dynamic report, make sure to select a single (dynamic) report and click on 'Run now'
