# BrassRing to Onboard Integration Set-Up

Abstract

This section describes the configuration to set up the import in Onboard.

**To set up the import in Onboard,**

1. Log into the Talent Suite and open the Onboard Admin application.
2. Click on the Hamburger icon and Select **Onboarding Import** from the list pane.

3. In the Configuration tab, ensure that **BrassRing**is selected for the External System.

4. Navigate to the Mapping tab. Here, you will see the XSLT file that is currently in use.

5. Create a transformation file in XSL (TSDemo1.xsl), using the field mapping document as your source. This transformation file contains scripts that specify the source (BrassRing) data, and to where in the target (Onboard) system said data will be mapped.
6. Once you have created the transformation file, you can delete the existing file, which is currently in use and choose your file, and click **Save**.

7. It displays the message ‘**The changes have been saved successfully,**’ and you can see the file that is currently in use.
