# Client Settings J to L

**Table 6. Client Settings J to L.**

| **Job Code Filter** | Enables clients to set up a job code filter. This makes it easier to find the correct code when adding a req, by choosing which standard and custom Req fields to have available on the BrassRing filter page. Options: **Yes** or **No** Released with R12.4: Reqs Job Code Filtering. |  |
| **Job Posting Delimiter** | Used by the job boards to delimit fielded data. The default is / without the quotation marks. |  |
| **Job Posting Preview (Requires a Full Gateway)** | Enables clients that use Full and Global Talent Gateways to use the job posting preview feature to preview or eLink a job posting in a translated language. When posting, allow user to preview, selecting which gateway they want to preview. Options: **Yes** or **No** Released with R9.0: Posting Reqs Preview. |  |
| **Job Posting Removal Time & Time Zone** | This feature provides users with the ability to set a specific time and time zone (US only) for when req postings are removed from the Talent Gateway. For example, a job posting can be set to be removed from a designated Talent Gateway at 5:00 PM PST, with the **Job Posting Removal Time (Default)** and **Job Posting Removal Time Zone (Default)** client settings. Options: **Off**or **On** Released with R12.5: Requisition Removing Expired Postings from Job Boards. |  |
| **Job Posting Removal Time (Default)** | This feature provides users with the ability to set a specific time and time zone (US only) for when req postings are removed from the Talent Gateway. For example, a job posting can be set to be removed from a designated Talent Gateway at 5:00 PM PST. Only applies if **Job Posting Removal Time & Time Zone is On.** On the [Posting Options] page, users select the Time and Time Zone. Internal Configuration Notes: - Enable **Job Posting Removal Time & Time Zone** - Set **Job Posting Removal Time (Default)** - Set **Job Posting Removal Time Zone (Default)** Options: **Single select drop down.** | Only applies if [Job Posting Removal Time & Time Zone] is **On**. |
| **Job Posting Removal Time Zone (Default)** | Sets the time zone for the Posting Remove Time as set in client setting **Job Posting Removal Time**. Options(single select pull-down menu): **Eastern time (US & Canada) (default)**. Defaults to US Eastern, only applies if **Job Posting Removal Time & Time Zone** is **On**. | Only applies if [Job Posting Removal Time & Time Zone] is **On**. |
| **Job/ Req codes copied when Move / Copy/ File to Req** | Allows Req codes and Job codes that are associated with a candidate to be copied when BrassRing users move, copy, or file the candidate to a req. This allows Data Insight reports to capture and display agency codes correctly in both Codes and Last Codes fields. Options: **No (default)**, **To Current Submission**, or **To Source Submission**. **To Current Submission**: Associated codes are copied to the latest or current submission during BrassRing Move, Copy, File to Req actions. The **LastCodes**column available on Talent Record is updated to reflect this action. **To Source Submission**: Associated codes are copied to the source submission during BrassRing actions. The **LastCodes**column is not updated to reflect the action. |  |
| **Limit # of candidates allowed to be manual filed/moved/copied into req folder** | Limits the number of candidates that can be manually filed, moved, or copied into a requisition folder. Limitation of candidates being manually added to requisition folders is done on a requisition template level. Options: **Yes** or **No**. |  |
| **Lockout Period BrassRing** | Define the duration in minutes, for how long a BrassRing user is locked out of BrassRing System after three failed login attempts. For example, if a user enters an incorrect user name or password three times in a row, an error message displays [Your credentials could not be validated], if [Generic Login is] set to **Yes**. If Generic Login is set to **No**, the error displays [Your account has been locked]. Options: **10 (default), 20, 30, 40, 50, 60** min). |  |
| **Lockout Period Agency** | Define the duration in minutes, which a user is locked out of the Agency Manager after three failed login attempts. 10 minutes is the recommended setting. Options: **10 (default), 20, 30, 40, 50, 60** min). |  |
| **Lockout Period Gateway** | Defines the duration in minutes for which a user is locked out of the gateways after three failed login attempts. 10 minutes is the recommended setting. Options: **10 (default)**, **20, 30, 40, 50, 60** min). |  |
| **LockoutPeriod** | **Obsolete**. Obsolete, Use **Lockout Period Agency** or **Gateway.** |  |
| **Log req status change** | Ensures that req status information is displayed on the Talent Gateway. Options: **Yes**or **No**. |  |
| **Logic for Pre-filling Gateway Questionnaire responses** | When enabled, if a candidate applies and accesses a GQ containing questions that they answered, those questions automatically prefill with their responses. Options: **Pre-fill if candidate applied on specific Talent Gateway,** or **Pre-fill if candidate applied on any Talent Gateway.** |  |
