# Communicate With Agency Contacts

Abstract

Product: **BrassRing ATS on Cloud**

## Communicate With Agency Contacts

The Agency Contact is the person who submitted the candidate for a role from Agency Manager.

## Process

### Communicate With Agency Contacts.

1. In BrassRing ATS on Cloud, open a candidate's Talent Record.
2. Select Actions → Email Agency Contact.

3. Select the **Agency contact** and the **email template** by using the pull-down menus.
4. Select **Go**.
5. The **Send Communication** window opens. Enter the details of the communication, and select **Send**.
6. A confirmation message opens, select **OK**.
