# Configure BrassRing Third-Party Browser Cookie Exceptions

Abstract

Product: **BrassRing on Cloud**

### Configure BrassRing Third-Party Browser Cookie Exceptions

- Some modern browsers block third-party cookies by default. This can cause issues for Infinite BrassRing Platform BrassRing, such as BrassRing not fully loading, or continually refreshing.
- The browser can be configured to add BrassRing as an exception.
- There are three Domain Names to add to the exception list in the browser:
  - [ts.brassring.com](http://ts.brassring.com)
  - [ets.brassring.com](http://ets.brassring.com)
  - [stagingts.brassring.com](http://stagingts.brassring.com)

### Process

#### Google Chrome

1. In Google Chrome, insert chrome://settings/cookies into the URL address bar and select **Enter**.
2. In the S**ites that can always use cookies** section and select **Add**.
3. Insert the **Domain Name**.

> Important
> 
> DO NOT add **https://** in front of the Domain Name.
4. Select Add.

5. Repeat this process for all Domain Names.

#### Safari for iPhones or iPads

1. Open **Settings**on your device.
2. Select **Safari**.
3. Scroll to the **PRIVACY**& **SECURITY**section.
4. Set the **Block All Cookies**option to **OFF**.

> 
> Depending on the version of the Safari browser this alone will be enough. If issues persist, proceed to the following step 5.

5. In the **PRIVACY & SECURITY** section, set the **Prevent Cross-Site Tracking** option to **OFF**.
