# Creating and Editing Communications

Abstract

Product: **Acoustic Campaign**

Email communications are created as templates in Acoustic Campaign and sent as communications from Lead Manager. This email template is created in Acoustic Campaign. Email templates or communications can include text, graphics, links, videos, and mail merge style tokens.

During Implementation, Infinite provided your organization with several prebuilt templates in Acoustic Campaign. These templates can be edited or new blank communications can be created.

If your organization requires certain graphics or links to be available for multiple templates, store this content in the Acoustic Campaign Asset Library.
