# Example Data Insight Tool Reports

Abstract

Product: **Data Insight Tool.**

## Time To Hire Report

To run a Time To Hire Report select the following options:

Filters:

- Current HR Status (Hired)

Outputs:

- Job Application → Tracking Logic → Status Pipeline → HR Status → Hired. Select the criteria **Time to HR Status.**

## Source of Hire Report

To run a Source of Hire report select the following options:

Filters:

- HR Status
- Job Application → Data Applied (Data Range e.g. YTD)

Outputs:

- Fields from Talent Gateway questions
- Source Codes
- Source of Hire Form etc.

## Candidate Source Report

To run a Source of Hire report select the following options:

Filters:

- Job Application → General → Date Applied.

Outputs:

- Fields from Talent Gateway questions
- Source Codes.

## Open Reqs Report

To run a Source of Hire report select the following options:

Filters:

- Requisitions → General Fields → Current Req Status. Select the criteria **Open**.

Outputs:

- Requisitions → General Fields → Days Open.
