Our fresh design brings improved usability, ensuring seamless and delightful interaction for users.

These changes are now available in Production environments.

**Homepage Changes:**

- Guided Tour: Available based on user-type configuration.
- Quick Filters: For Status and Candidate type (All, New, Active).
- Visualization Slider: Charts and pie diagrams for hiring data analysis.
- Req Navigation: Navigate through req folders and select any to open.
- HR Status Workflow View: Filter candidates by HR status and view specific assignments.

**Talent Record Update:**

- Redesigned for intuitiveness with reorganized activities, eLinks, and information.

**Navigation Enhancements:**

- Breadcrumbs and improved navigation for moving between talent records within the same Req folder.

**New Tabs:**

- Profile, Notes, Attachments, Forms, Submissions, Integrations, and Req Specific Activity.

**Action Log & HR Status:**

- View action log in timeline mode and switch to HR status with the jump-to list.

**Redesign Overview:**

- Comprehensive redesign of homepage tabs and grids.

**Visual Update:**

- Refreshed look for homepage tabs and grids.

**Homepage Widgets:**

- New Widgets: Access various grids and pages for user actions.
- Personalization: Drag-and-drop to choose widget display and order.
- Customizable Data: Widgets show data from the last 24 hours to the past year.
- Hide Option: Remove all widgets from the homepage.

These changes aim to enhance usability and provide a more intuitive experience for users.
