# Import, or Export, Assessor Schedules

Abstract

Product: **Event Manager.**

### Process

#### Enable the Import or Export Assessor Schedules

1. Select Admin → System → General.
2. Select **Yes** to Import/Export Assessor Schedules.
3. Select **Save**.

#### Import Assessor Schedules

1. Select Events → Assessor → Import Assessor Schedule.
2. Select Browse, and select the import file.
3. Select Import.
4. The import completes and displays an error messages. Select **OK**.

#### Export Assessor Schedules

1. Select Event → Event Summary.
2. Select **an Event,** and select Actions → Export Assessor Schedules.
3. Event Manager processes the export and displays the results in an Excel spreadsheet.
