# Assumptions

Abstract

It is assumed that onboarding managers already have an understanding of the federal Form W-4 and the state tax withholding forms.

For this reason, this document does not go into detail about these. Instead, it focuses on how Onboard and Onboard Manager work with Form W-4 and state tax withholding forms to ensure income taxes are properly managed.
