# Managing Lead Manager Users and Accessing Lead Manager from BrassRing on Cloud

### Managing Lead Manager Users and Setting User Type Permissions

### Process:

#### Managing Lead Manager Users

1. To grant permission for users to access and use Lead Manager, in WorkBench, select Tools → Users → User Types.
2. Select the **Edit Type Permissions Pencil Icon** for the user type to be updated.
3. Select the **Set Privileges Pencil Icon** for Lead Manager.

4. Select the required privileges for that User Type, and select Done.
5. Select **Save**.

#### Adding Access to Lead Manager from BrassRing on Cloud

To enable the Menu → Candidates → Search Lead Manager menu item in BrassRing on Cloud:

1. Select Tools → Users → User Types.
2. Select the **Edit Type permissions pencil icon** for the User Type to edit.
3. Select the **Integrations 2 Set privileges pencil icon**.
4. Select **CRM - general search**.
5. Select **Done**.
6. Select **Save**.
