Abstract
The New Hire Portal is now integrated with the Gatekeeper function to allow auto-login from an external application.
For example, usually, once onboarding starts, applicants receive an e-mail with a link to access the new hire onboarding portal. This auto access to the portal allowing the new hire to reset his/her password is driven by Gatekeeper.
When users select a URL in any application to access the onboarding new hire portal, the Gatekeeper (in the background) appends the authorization token to the New Hire Portal URL and permits the users to access the New Hire Portal.
