Talent Suite: Export Users By License

From this release onward, when the user selects the ‘Export Users by License’ option, each application’s name is displayed as mentioned below if the license is enabled.

OBADMIN -> Onboard Admin

2xApp -> Onboard

2xB -> BrassRing

TG -> Internal Talent Gateway

TSADMIN -> Talent Suite Administration

LM -> Lead Manager

Talent Suite: Forgot password email

Starting with this release, users can send a forgot password email at increasing intervals, as outlined below:

1. The user can send the forgot password email once.

2. After the first email is sent, the user must wait 1 minute before sending another email.

3. Once the second email is sent, the user cannot send a third email for 5 minutes.

4. After the third email, the user must wait 24 hours before sending a fourth email.

Please note that a warning message will be displayed if the email is not sent to the user.

Message:

Password reset is temporarily restricted due to multiple attempts. To ensure security, please wait: 1 minute before your second attempt, 5 minutes before your third attempt, and 24 hours if you have already reset your password three times today.
