ONBOARD VISIBLE CHANGES

Starting with this release, a new version of W4-2026 is released.

Onboard Admin: Field Sequence

Currently, users of the Onboard Admin application cannot create or edit sections within the Field Sequence setup. While this feature was available in the legacy Onboard application, it was removed following architectural and data structure updates. Nevertheless, many clients who migrated from the legacy onboard application still expect this functionality, as it streamlines configuration and enhances onboarding workflow clarity by allowing them to manage their own field groupings.

Starting with this release, Onboard Admin users can now create and edit Sections within the Field Sequence setup. This enhancement enables users to logically group and organize onboarding fields, providing greater flexibility and clarity in managing their onboarding workflows.

Path: Go to Onboard Admin app >> Click on Hamburger menu >> Manage Fields >> Field Sequence >> Add/Edit Section for the desired page.

Onboard: E-Verify

Starting with this release, a new field called “Select a reason for closing this case” has been added on the E-Verify task to provide a reason for case closure when the E-Verify case status is incomplete.
