Onboard: Oregon W4

Starting this release, when the hire selects 4a in the OR-W- 4 task, the activity instruction message displays "Click here to see instructions for this form" with a link to the instructions https://www.oregon.gov/dor/forms/FormsPubs/form-or-W-4-instr_101-402-1_2024.pdf.

Note: In any task, instructional messages containing HTML tags will be parsed.

The tooltip displays " Please see page 3 of instructions to determine your exemption code".

Onboard: kenexa.com domain name changes to brassring.com

Please find the changes below to the Infinite Talent Platform of the US Production environment that will occur during our May monthly maintenance.

• Removal of .Kenexa.com URLs from Production (Sat, 11th May, 2024)

Towards the end of last year, we announced we were retiring Kenexa.com and replacing those URLs with equivalent ones for BrassRing.com.

Please note that all mail leaving our Production environments will be sent from .BrassRing.com and not .Kenexa.com starting from the maintenance dates in March.

In May of 2024 during the US Production maintenance on May 11, 2024, we will disable Kenexa.com in the US Production environments. This will retire Kenexa.com in those environments.
