# Onboard November 2025 Release

**ONBOARD VISIBLE CHANGES**

**Onboard: Updates to the I-9 form**

Starting with this release, the fourth check box in Section 1 on the I-9 form has been renamed from “**4. A noncitizen (other than Item Numbers 2. and 3. above) authorized to work until (exp. date, if any)**” to “**4. An alien authorized to work until (exp. date, if any)**”

Additionally, in the List B document description, the term “**gender**” has been renamed to “**sex**.”
