ONBOARD VISIBLE CHANGES
Onboard Manager: Search Job Requisition
Currently, the users in the Onboard Manager application can only view requisition details after searching for a new hire.
Starting with this release, users see a "Search Job Requisition" text box that includes a type-ahead function, allowing them to select a Job Requisition easily in their ‘My Tasks’ page. This feature enables clients to modify specific fields before new hires are assigned to a requisition, providing a way to search and edit requisitions without needing to locate a new hire first.

Onboard Manager: I-9 Audit Report
Currently, when a user creates a standalone I-9 Section 1 for a new hire, that user's details are not captured in the I-9 audit report.
Starting with this release, user details are now included in the I-9 Audit report, allowing clients to review who created the standalone I-9 section 1 for new hires.

Talent Suite: Search Users – Clear All button
With this release, Talent Suite users can see a new button named ‘Clear All’ when searching for users in the Advanced Search section of the Admin application. Clicking the 'Clear All' button removes the user's search criteria.

Talent Suite: Search Users – SSO ID
With this release, Talent Suite users can see a new text box ‘SSO ID’ allowing users to search with the SSO ID in the Advanced Search section of the Admin application. When searching with the SSO ID, all other criteria fields are disabled, and the 'GO' button is only enabled after entering five characters. Clicking ‘GO’ button displays a pop-up note “If you enter an SSO ID, only the SSO ID will be considered; other fields will not be processed”.

Talent Suite: Import Users
From this release onward, if the number of users in the user import file exceeds 3000 records, the import action fails, and the following message is displayed in the ‘Failure Report’.
“Data import is limited to 3000 rows. Please reduce your file to fewer than 3000 rows and try again, and ensure that no other data import is currently in progress”.
