# Printing Personal Information

Abstract

You can print a hire's personal information (as it appears on the Personal Information page).

Since each hire profile page contains the hire name, you do not need to be viewing the Personal Information page in order to print it.

1. On any hire profile page, select the pointer by the hire name.
2. From the resulting menu, select Print Personal Info. A separate page displays (a Personal Information page that contains a Print button).
3. Select the Print button.
