Req Approval Routing

• Updated Build 19.06.03. Req Approval routing can be configured to ensure that a user cannot edit the req during the approval process without the proper approvers reviewing the changes before the req opens.

• The Enforce approval re-route on req edits setting does not affect reqs being approved by using the req approval eLink workflow. If this setting is enabled on a req with an approval process that is being carried out by using eLinks, and an edit is made, the approval process is not automatically restarted.

Process

1. Select Tools → Forms → Req Forms.

2. Select the edit form approval pencil for the req.

3. Select Yes to Enforce approval re-route on req edits.

4. Select Save.
