# Review a Req Addendum Form

Abstract

Product: **BrassRing ATS**

## Review a Req Addendum Form

When a req is declined or canceled, a req addendum form might appear to be completed with the reason for declining or canceling the req.

## Process

### Review a Req Addendum Form

1. Select Menu → Reqs → View my reqs → Declined, or Menu → Reqs → View all reqs → Declined.
2. Select the **req number.**
3. Select the **History** tab.

4. Select **View addendum.**
5. Review **the form.**
6. Select **Close** to close the form.
