# Running the Inactivity report in Acoustic Campaign

## Running the Inactivity report in Acoustic Campaign

The inactivity report describes the Autoresponder and Automated Messages in Acoustic Campaign.

You must have Org Admin access to run the All Mailings report in Acoustic Campaign.

## Process:

1. Select Menu → Settings → Activity reports → Inactivity Report.
2. Select **Autoresponders**, or select **Automated Messages.**
3. The report opens, detailing the Mailing name, subject, the contact source, the tracking details, and the date the communication was last sent.
  1. For Autoresponders, to disable the autoresponder, **check the autoresponder communication**, and select **Deactivate**.
  2. For Automated Messages, to cancel the Automated message, **check the communication**, and select **Cancel**.
