# Searching for Profiles

Abstract

You can search for profiles (from all integrated applications/systems), using keywords that let you search for any skill, role, or location.

You search for profiles from the My Team page, using the Search Profiles field, which displays the Search Profiles page.

Fields on the Search Profiles page:

- Search Profiles (keyword search)
- Filter Results: Name, Location, Department
- Refine button
- Sort By: Last Name (A - Z), Last Name Z - A), Location, Department

1. Access the My Team page. It contains profiles for each member of your team. You can reach this page either by selecting the Profiles icon (in the row of applications) or by selecting Profiles (in the banner/header row).
2. In the Search Profiles field, enter keywords relevant to the profiles you are trying to find, and press the Enter key. Note: You do not need to use commas between the keywords. The search results display in its own Search Profiles page.
3. Limit the search results by selecting Filter Results, then selecting a filter (Name, Location, Department), then selecting the Refine button.
4. Sort by selecting the pointer ![pointer_icon2.jpg](https://cdn.us.document360.io/4bb62c4c-9973-48ec-ab93-23d4b1755503/Images/Documentation/0668e16c-281f-474e-bb95-52ed57d59ba5.jpg) icon by Sort By, then selecting Name, Location, or Department from the resulting menu.
5.
