Sending Communications from BrassRing Lead Manager by using RAM
Process added Build 19.06.03.
RAM Triggers can be configured to send BrassRing Lead Manager communications when a lead status is selected for a lead in a campaign, or a new lead is created.

Use Cases
Sourcer files a lead to a campaign and selects the Lead added – notify sourcer lead status. RAM can send a communication to the system user to inform them of the lead filed.
Sourcer updates the lead to a specific lead status. RAM can send a communication to the system user or the sourcing team with details such as Lead Name, Campaign Name, previous lead status, and current lead status.
Trigger Mechanisms
Lead Campaign Status: When a Lead has been updated to a Status in a campaign, the trigger runs.
Lead Creation: When a new Lead is created, the trigger runs.
