## Sending Communications from Lead Manager by using RAM

- Process added Build **19.06.03.**
- RAM Triggers can be configured to send Lead Manager communications when a lead status is selected for a lead in a campaign, or a new lead is created.

## Use Cases

- Sourcer files a lead to a campaign and selects the**Lead added – notify sourcer** lead status. RAM can send a communication to the system user to inform them of the lead filed.
- Sourcer updates the lead to a specific lead status. RAM can send a communication to the system user or the sourcing team with details such as Lead Name, Campaign Name, previous lead status, and current lead status.

## Trigger Mechanisms

- Lead Campaign Status: When a Lead has been updated to a Status in a campaign, the trigger runs.
- Lead Creation: When a new Lead is created, the trigger runs.
