# Introduction

Abstract

This document presents the procedures for clients to enable self-service Single-Sign-On (SSO) for their applications. Previously, enabling SSO required engineering assistance.

The objectives of this document are to provide:

- An overview of SSO, what it is, and how it works for you.
- A step-by-step procedure on configuring your self-service SSO.
- Troubleshooting strategies when the system does not respond as expected.
