Abstract

If a user account has expired, the user follows the process steps in this section.

  1. The user enters a matching user name and password.

  2. When the user selects Login, a message is presented informing the user their account has expired.

    Note

    Users with an expired account must contact their BrassRing Platform administrator for help.
