# View the Communication History of a Candidate

### View the Communication History of a Candidate

Communications sent from Event Manager can also be viewed in the Communications section of the candidate’s Talent Record in BrassRing ATS on Cloud.

1. Access **unscheduled candidates, scheduled candidates,** or **search for the candidate.**
2. Select **the candidate name** to open the candidate screen.
3. **Expand** the **History section.**

  - Hyperlinks in the email column indicate that an email was sent to the candidate.
  - The row describes the date that the communication was sent, the sender, a description, the event the communication was connected to, and whether the sending of the email was successful.
4. Select **the email link** to open, and view the email.
5. Select **close** to return to the candidate screen.
