Badge and Course Descriptions:

BrassRing on Cloud: New User Fundamentals

This badge earner understands how to use Infinite Talent BrassRing on Cloud in their organization. The individual has gained knowledge on how to manage reqs, manage talent gateways, manage candidates, send communications and eLinks, run reports, and use BrassRing on Cloud add-ons.

BrassRing on Cloud: Administrator Tools

This badge earner understands how to administer Infinite Talent BrassRing on Cloud in their organization. The individual has gained knowledge on how to manage users, manage communications, manage codes, lists and other processes in BrassRing on Cloud. You must complete BrassRing on Cloud: New User Fundamentals and pass the associated quiz before taking this course.

BrassRing on Cloud: Workbench

This badge earner understands how to use Workbench to administer Infinite Talent BrassRing on Cloud in their organization. The individual has gained knowledge on how to manage users, manage req forms, manage candidate forms, manage talent gateways, and other Workbench Administrator processes.

• The contents of these courses are continually updated. New sections or lessons can be added or updated to reflect new processes, or improve the courses, without notification.

• As of 1st October 2021, Infinite Computer Solutions acquired the Talent business. Starting this date, any course takers registered before this date can no longer complete the training on the previous training platform. To be given access to BrassRing Workbench, starting 1st October 2021, users must complete the training on the new training platform instead. Links to the new platform are provided on this page.

• If you have earned the previous BrassRing certification badges, you do not have to retake these courses.

• Tier 1 - 5 users can be updated to Power Users by completing these badge courses.

• If you have earned the previous Talent Suite BrassRing - Level 1 badge, and want to start with the BrassRing on Cloud: Administrator Tools course. You must use the email address to complete the Talent Suite BrassRing - Level 1 badge course. Your completion of the previous badge will be verified and the contents of the BrassRing on Cloud: Administrator Tools made available to you.

• Access the BrassRing on Cloud: Administrator Tools course directly. Users must complete the BrassRing on Cloud: New User Fundamentals, and pass the BrassRing: New User Fundamentals badge quiz to view the content on the BrassRing on Cloud: Administrator Tools page.

• Access the BrassRing on Cloud: Workbench course directly. Users must complete the BrassRing on Cloud: New User Fundamentals, and Administrator Tools courses, and pass the associated badge quizzes to view the content on the BrassRing on Cloud: Workbench page.

• Alternatively, access the Infinite Skills Gateway and search for BrassRing New User Fundamentals, Administrator Tools, or Workbench to enroll in the courses.
