Abstract

Product: Acoustic Campaign

A report can be run on the communications that have been sent by Acoustic Campaign.

Process:

In Acoustic Campaign, select Menu → Report → Reports (classic) → Reports Center.
Select Single Mailing Report → Summary.
Select the Communication name.
The Summary opens. describing the times actions were taken on the communication, the Deliverability metrics, and the response metrics.
To export a data type, select Options → Export Tracking Data for the data type to be exported.
