BRASSRING DARK LAUNCH

Dark Launch features are those that are released to the Staging environment only and are NOT released to the Production environment for a considerable amount of time.

This process gives an opportunity and enough time to test these features thoroughly before they are available in the production environment. Clients are requested to configure and test these features and provide their feedback and inputs to your respective Infinite representatives.

There are no Dark Launch features in this release.

BRASSRING VISIBLE CHANGES

Responsive Recruiter: Agency Referral Expiration

Starting with this release, the system now considers the original referral submission date for subsequent submissions of the same candidate by the same agency.

To enable this feature, configure the client setting SlideAgencyReferralExpirationTime to Yes:

• Path: Workbench > Edit Client Settings > SlideAgencyReferralExpirationTime

• Type: Radio button (Yes/No)

• Selecting Yes: Applies the new functionality.

• Selecting No: Retains the previous behavior.

Responsive Recruiter: Additional Filter Fields

Starting with this release, additional filter fields have been implemented on the "My Candidates > All" page to enhance search functionality alongside the existing fields, such as Candidate Type and HR Status.

The My Candidates > All filter criteria now display these fields as text boxes, similar to those in the candidate listing grid.

Agency Manager: Scaled Select

Questions with a large number of options may impact the performance of the Search Openings and Forms pages in Agency Manager.

To address this, the Scaled Select feature is introduced in this release.

For questions with over 200 options, instead of the existing dropdown, the Scaled Select feature launches a pop-up window when users click "Select" on the corresponding control.

By default, the pop-up displays the first 200 options, allowing users to scroll or search to access additional records.

Selected options are displayed on the parent page for review.

Data Insight Tool: Edit/Run Now actions in Ad Hoc Tab

After generating a report, its status would update and become accessible under the Ad Hoc tab.

However, editing or rerunning the report required users to leave the tab, search for the report again, and navigate to the "My Template Library" tab to perform these actions.

Starting with this release, the Edit and Run Now options are now available directly within the Ad Hoc tab, eliminating the need to toggle back to the My Template Library and search for the report.

Talent Gateway: New Stacking Rule

Starting with this release, a new rule 24SL: candidate stacking field and zip code and (email or other phone) is added in the duplicate stacking logic drop-down.

Path: Tools > Talent Gateway > Edit Talent Gateways > "Contact fields and stacking logic:" > in Duplicate stacking logic drop-down> 24SL is displayed.
