BRASSRING Dark Launch

Dark Launch features are those that are released to the Staging environment only and are NOT released to the Production environment for a considerable amount of time.

This process gives an opportunity and enough time to test these features thoroughly before they are available in the production environment. Clients are requested to configure and test these features and provide their feedback and inputs to your respective Infinite representatives.

There are no Dark Launch features in this release.

Responsive Recruiter: Candidate Tier field

It has been observed that clients using the Candidate Tiering functionality could not see the Candidate Tier field in the filter options.

With this release, the Candidate Tier field is now visible in the filter options and functions correctly when selected either on its own or in combination with the Candidate Type and HR Status fields.

Responsive Recruiter: New UI - Candidate Forms

With this release, the Candidate Forms have been enhanced for a better viewing experience as part of the beautification process.

The 'Add Form' pop-up now features borders with rounded corners. The primary button 'Add' is presented as a button, while the secondary button 'Cancel' is displayed as a link.

On the ‘Add Form’ page, the buttons ‘Submit’, ‘Save as Draft’, ‘Clear’, and ‘Cancel’ have been moved from the footer to the header section, which now features rounded corners. Additionally, all fields on this page now have rounded corners.

Each section is clearly distinguished and displayed in bold with a thin line in this new implementation.

Talent Gateway: Job Description view in Job Apply flow

Starting with this release, candidates can click on the Job Title during the Job Application process to view the corresponding Job Descriptions in a modal popup. This update allows all job descriptions to be displayed at once in an accordion format, where only the selected job description is expanded. This behavior is consistent throughout all the pages in the job application process.

Data Insight Tool: My Ad Hoc Jobs

In the Data Insight Tool, when the ‘Client Report List’ is displayed on the My Ad Hoc Jobs tab, users encounter a system error message if they attempt any actions such as Delete Job, Edit Template, or Run Now.

Starting with this release, when the 'Client Report List' is present in the My Ad Hoc Jobs tab and selected for any action, all actions for that job are disabled, as this report is intended to be run exclusively from the 'Manage Users and Roles' page.

Recruiter XML: Job Target integration

Beginning with this release, BrassRing users are automatically created in Job Target once their user profile is configured with the Job Target posting partner. Unlike other posting partners, there is no need to provide the Account ID, Username, or Password to create the Job Target user profile. This is because the user's account details are securely transmitted in the backend during the account creation process.

Once the user's Job Target account is created, they can find the 'Job Target' vendor listed under 'Other Posting Options' on the Posting Options page.

SMS Aggregation Vendors: Convergence vendor

Starting with this release, a new SMS vendor, 'Convergence', is available to configure in the BrassRing application. It is only supported in Lead Manager. It is not available for ad-hoc SMS in the Recruiter Module.

Note: After configuring the Convergence vendor, a validation message appears if a user attempts to reconfigure. “The Convergence vendor already exists in the system. Please edit the existing entry instead of adding a new one.”
