LEAD MANAGER DARK LAUNCH

Dark Launch features are those that are released to the Staging environment only and are NOT released to the Production environment for a considerable amount of time.

This process gives an opportunity and enough time to test these features thoroughly before they are available in the production environment. Clients are requested to configure and test these features and provide their feedback and inputs to your respective Infinite representatives.

Lead Manager - Send communication via SMS

Starting with this release, the users in Lead Manager can see two sub-menu actions, i.e., 'Send Email' and 'Send SMS', under the 'Send communication' menu in the 'Actions' drop-down.

With the 'Send Email' action, the users can continue sending emails to the leads using communications that are currently configured via Acoustic.

With the 'Send SMS' action, the users can select the SMS templates and send them to the leads if the leads have selected the 'SMS Opt in' field.

When the GDPR Consent required setting is set to "Yes", the ‘SMS Opt in’ field is enabled only if the user has provided consent via the landing page form fields.

Users can bulk upload leads via Excel with the default 'SMS Opt-In' option set to 'NO' unless explicit proof of consent exists. Users cannot legally opt-in candidates without verified consent.

Note: The users should have the Workbench user type privilege >> Lead Manager >> 'Leads - Send Communication'. The 'Send SMS' action is disabled without this user type privilege. It is a One-way SMS, and the 'Convergence' vendor is only supported. The 'Send SMS' action continues to respect GDPR Consent requirements.

Lead Manager users having the user type privilege >> Lead Manager >> 'Communications - Manage Templates' can see two actions, i.e., 'Email Templates' and 'SMS templates' under the 'Manage templates' drop-down menu.

With the 'SMS Templates' action, the users can Activate / Inactivate / Delete / Edit and Add SMS templates. If the SMS vendor is not configured, then the 'SMS Templates' section is in a disabled state. Users can configure the Lead and Campaign field tokens while configuring the SMS Templates.

SMS Templates validation rules:

1) Template name accepts only characters and hyphens with a max length of 50 characters.

2) Template content has no restriction on the number of characters; however, it displays a warning message, 'If the message limit exceeds 170, the SMS may be sent as multiple messages'.

3) If the template content exceeds 150 characters with tokens in the content, it displays a warning, 'If the message limit exceeds 170, the SMS may be sent as multiple messages,' but the template can still be saved.

Lead Manager – Auto Move Candidates from BrassRing to Lead Manager

With this release, we are introducing a new setting in the Lead Manager as "Enable Lead Creation on HR Statuses." Enabling this setting to specific dispositioned or rejected HR statuses, automatically transfers candidates from BrassRing meeting these HR statuses as Leads in the Lead Manager. Clients can use this setting to increase and build their talent pools in Lead Manager with profiles of candidates who are actually interested in their organizations.

If a corresponding campaign exists in Lead Manager for the BrassRing requisition, the created lead is associated with that campaign using its Default status that is configured in the Administer Lead Statuses. If no corresponding campaign exists, then the candidate is created as an unassigned lead.

The information about the BrassRing candidate's profile can be seen using the BrassRing Profile link. Leads created with this setting enablement are created with a source code as AutoViaBR - “automatic via BR disposition”

Note: If a RAM trigger exists to send candidates to Lead Manager, that workflow is permitted. However, the intention of introducing this new setting is to help clients easily turn it on without needing to configure the RAM trigger.
