Abstract

Provisioning sites makes them available within the Infinite BrassRing Platform site itself.

To create a client provisioning request, perform the following process steps.

  1. Fill in the following Client Provisioning Form with all of the applicable information requested.

  2. Create a new Skills Ticket in Salesforce with the following information for your customer.

    1. Case Record Type: Internal Support

    2. Account Name: Add Client Name

    3. Status: New Case

    4. Subject: Provision TSTENNANTNAME* in GK ENVIRONMENT (STAGE or PRODUCTION)

    5. Description: Please provision CLIENTNAME client in GK ENVIRONMENT. Copy and paste the details from the table below for each product to be added.

    6. Product: Infinite BrassRing Platform

    7. Case Owner (Support Skill): KNXA GK Engineering

      Important

      * The TSTENNANTNAME must match the Onboard Site name EXACTLY. All text fields are case sensitive so please enter them exactly as they exist.

    Important
