Maps Provider for Proximity Search | Enhances the job search experience for candidates performing proximity searches on Talent Gateways with third-party Map API integration. Options(single select pull-down menu): None, Bing, MapQuest Open, or MapQuest Licensed . Released with R13.3: Talent Gateways – Proximity Search Enhancements. MapQuest Open is an open-source mapping vendor. If a location is not found on MapQuest Open, clients are required to add the same as a new location on MapQuest Open. The maps provider that clients can use to provide coordinates of Requisitions and for candidates to be able to search by. | Keys must be obtained from selected a vendor and entered in to at least one of the four MapsKey settings. |
MapsKey for data insertion – Candidates | The key that is entered in this text field uses the map vendor data to update candidate profile fields. The maps provider that clients can use to provide coordinates of Requisitions and for candidates to be able to search by. |

MapsKey for data insertion – Requisitions | Key entered in this text field enables users to update proximity coordinates field in requisitions with the data that is fetched by using Map vendor’s API. Options (text field): If the map vendor is not licensed, N/A is automatically inserted. |

MapsKey for search – Candidates | Enter the vendor key to use proximity search for candidate searches within BrassRing. |

MapsKey for search – Jobs | Enter the vendor key to use proximity search for job searches within BrassRing Talent Gateways. |

MaxFolderSize | Defines maximum number of candidate records, which can be associated to a folder in BrassRing. A support ticket can be opened if a larger folder is needed. Options: Text field. |

Maximum Attachment Storage (MB) | Allows clients to increase storage for req to larger amount for attachments if necessary. This value is used in the [Attachment storage limit] field on the Attachment Audit report. Logic is not built into this field and it does not restrict clients from going over the limit. Options: Text field Default = 100. Released with R11.0: Recruiter Experience – Req Attachments. |

Mobile device approvals | Enables mobile Device users to approve a req or a candidate form. Options: Off or On. Released with R12.0: Recruiter Experience – Mobile Device Approvals – Removed Unnecessary OK Button. |

Multi req update | Allow users to update [Recruiter] field, and other fields, on several selected reqs with a single click. Cannot be disabled if at least one user type has the privilege update multiple reqs simultaneously turned on. |

Multi-language search–job posting questions | This feature provides a robust search capability for questions at the point of posting a req. This enables a search for questions, view the selection options, options presented to candidates, for each question that is returned in the search, and select questions in both the Talent Gateway language and your organization's base language, also known as Advanced Search Options. |

New UI Metrics | Displays the metrics pane in the Classic UI showing various data in numerical and graphical interfaces. Views available are: New Hires, Pipeline, Requisition Aging, Requisition Status, Requisitions, Success. Not used in the New UI. Options: Off (default), On. QlikTech has been phased out. Released with R14.0: Metrics Panels – New Basic Views. | The On option for this setting is disabled until the [New UI] setting is set to Yes. QlikTech option not available for clients. |
New UI Default panel mapping for new user types | Only valid for the Classic UI. This setting is automatically set to Yes and cannot be switched to No. Options: Yes or No. Released with R13.1: New UI – Automatic Panel Mapping. |

New/Viewed tied to Req | Allows BrassRing users to mark a candidate as having been viewed for a particular requisition on their Candidate Results Welcome Page panel if they have opened the candidate’s Talent Record previously, either in Search results or for another req. Options: Yes or No. In user portals, this applies to the Viewed check mark. If the New, or Viewed tied to Req client setting is turned on, the New count is specific to a requisition. Users with the Candidates – mark as viewed privilege from Candidate Actions 2 can mark the candidate as having been viewed for this requisition if they have opened the candidate's Talent record previously, either in Search Results or for another requisition. Cannot be disabled if there is at least one user type with the privilege Candidates-Mark as viewed. |

Notifications | Allows clients to display notifications on the home page specific to each user. Sends on real time, with little buffer time, notification-screen alerts to BrassRing users when they are active on BrassRing. Options: Yes or No. |
