Abstract

You can view/edit the profile for the members of your team.

The Profile Page contains the profile for one team member. This includes a photo, as well as the person's name, job title, and contact information.

This page also includes links. Selecting a link displays different profile information:

  • Main link: Shows the person's relationship to their Leaders, Peers, and Reports (along with the number of people). Only a limited number of people display. Note: By default, when you land on the Profile Page, the information for Main displays.

    • To view all the leaders for the person's team, select the View All link.

    • To view all the reports for the person, select the icon that contains the number of additional people.

  • My CV (curriculum vitae) link: Shows About Me, Work History, Education, Honors + Awards. An edit icon edit_icon.jpg allows you to edit the information and then save the update.

  1. Access the My Team page. It contains profiles for each member of your team.

  2. Select the name of the person whose profile you want to view/edit. The person's profile displays it in its own page (a Profile Page). It contains a photo, as well as the person's name, job title, and contact information. It also has links for Main and My CV. By default, when you land on this page, the information for Main displays.

  3. Select the My CV (curriculum vitae) link. Information displays for About Me, Work History, Education, and Honors + Awards.

  4. Select the edit icon for the information you want to edit.

  5. Edit the information and then select Save Changes.
