Abstract

Profiles is easy to access and navigate. The first time you log on, pages display that so that you can set up your password and challenge questions.

  1. After you log in, a Home page displays that has a row of application icons. One of these icons is Profiles:

  2. When you select the Profiles icon, the My Team page for Profiles displays. Use this page to manage and edit your team's profiles and do profile searches. Note: You can also reach this page by selecting Profiles in the banner/header row.

    • To edit the profiles of one of your team members, select the name link.

    • To search for profiles, enter keywords relevant to the profiles you are trying to find in the Search Profiles field, and then press the Enter key.

  3. To reach your profile page, select the Open My Account Menu icon in the banner/header row, and then select My Profile from the resulting menu. Select anywhere else on the page to hide the menu.

  4. On pages that allow you to control how profiles are displayed, use the Grid or List icons:

  5. Use the pointer icon to display a drop-down menu.

  6. To display a row of application icons, select the Expand the Primary Navigation icon in the banner/header row. Select the icon again to hide the row.

  7. If you navigate away from the My Team page, you can return to it by either selecting:

    • Profiles link in the banner/header row.

    • Expand the Primary Navigation icon in the banner/header row, and then selecting the Profiles icon.

  8. To display a Home page, select the Expand the Primary Navigation icon in the banner/header row, and then select the Home icon:

  9. To get help about the overall environment, select the Open My Account Menu icon in the banner/header row, and then select Help from the resulting menu. The help displays, into its own window. It describes the banner/header row and the overall environment. Select anywhere else on the page to hide the menu.

  10. To log out, select the Open My Account Menu icon in the banner/header row, and then select Log Out from the resulting menu. Select anywhere else on the page to hide the menu.

  11. To change your password and challenge questions, select the Open My Account Menu icon in the banner/header row, and then select Security Settings from the resulting menu. Note: The first time you logged on, you initially set up your password and challenge questions. This allows you to change them.
