Lead Manager December 2025 Release

As part of the December release, we are upgrading Lead Manager from Acoustic to our own functionality.

• We are migrating all client pages and templates to in-house functionality.

• The migration is going to be ready for clients to test in the staging environment after the stage release. It goes live in production, coordinated with individual clients, between the December production release and January 9, 2026.

• Clients also receive a reach-out from their CSMs to coordinate DNS changes and account access for the new Lead Manager mail service and analytics tools.
