Lead Manager users can send communications to the leads via the Mailgun API. These communications can be sent immediately or scheduled for a later time.
All sent communications are visible in the Lead Profile History section.
Users can send communications in bulk through Campaigns, My Leads, and Unassigned Leads.
Please note that Lead Manager users are limited to sending communications to a maximum of 50,000 leads within an 8-hour period.
Lead Manager: Mailgun Tag Support for Enhanced Email Performance Reporting
Lead Manager supports passing key standard email attributes to Mailgun as tags, enabling administrators and marketing users to gain deeper insight into email performance directly within Mailgun's reporting and analytics tools.
This enhancement improves campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and template-level reporting without requiring additional reporting solutions.
When emails are sent from Lead Manager, selected standard attributes are automatically transmitted to Mailgun as tags.
These tags can be used within Mailgun Metrics to filter, segment, and analyze email activity and engagement.
Supported tracking includes:
• Email Template Tracking: Template identifiers are passed as Mailgun tags, allowing users to analyze performance by template.
• Campaign Tracking: Campaign identifiers are included as tags, enabling visibility into delivery and engagement metrics for specific campaigns.
• Audience Segmentation Tracking: Candidate tags, query selections, and contact list associations can be sent as Mailgun tags, allowing reporting on targeted audience segments.
