Lead Manager: Bulk selection of Leads and Changing their Status/ Add to Campaign actions

Currently, recruiters cannot select leads across multiple pages when using search or filter actions.

Starting with this release, recruiters can now select all leads across pages.

After selecting the checkboxes, a link will appear to perform a bulk selection. By selecting this link, recruiters can apply bulk actions to all displayed leads.

Bulk Actions by View:

  1. Campaign Lead Count: From Lead count selection link view -> lists all leads in that campaign - > Bulk select - > Apply a Change of status and Add to Campaign actions.

  2. My Leads: From My Leads view - > Bulk Select -> Add To Campaign.

  3. Unassigned Leads: From Unassigned Leads view > Bulk Select - > Add to Campaign.

For each view, the "Change Status" and "Add to Campaign" options are accessible in the Actions menu.

Bulk action limits:

• If actions exceed 50,000 leads within 8 hours, the following message appears:

" We allow bulk actions to be done only on a max of 50,000 leads in an 8-hour time frame. Please try this action after some time."

Bulk actions are asynchronous tasks that run in the back end once raised. The status of the action will be available to the user via email once the action is done.
