Manage Lists

Lists are options that display for form fields and Talent Gateway questions. They are maintained by Super Users and configured by Infinite during implementation.

Process

Access Lists

  1. In Infinite BrassRing, select Menu → Admin → Admin+ → Lists.

  2. The Admin+: Lists page displays.

Administer a List

  1. On the Admin+: Lists page, select the the edit icon for a list to edit.

  2. To add an option, select Add new option.

    1. Insert the new List Code, a description, set the Sort order, and select Save.

  3. To Translate an option, select Translate options.

    1. Select the language by using the pull-down menu, and insert the translation.

    2. Select Save.

  4. To deactivate an option, select the option, and select Deactivate selected options.

  5. To reactivate an option, select Inactive lists, and select the Activate icon for the code to be reactivated.

  6. To export the list of options to Microsoft Excel, select Export list to MS Excel.

  7. Select Back to return to the Admin+: Lists page.
