Onboard Admin License

A new Talent Suite application is being added to the Talent Suite app launcher. The application will be called “Onboard Admin” by default and is displayed between the Onboard Manager and Jobs (Talent Gateway) applications.

Like any other application for Talent Suite, users will need to be enabled for access. That enablement can occur in both standard ways.

• Users can be enabled/disabled in TS Admin. There is no user type included, as what users can see and do inside of Onboard Admin, is controlled at the user type settings themselves, and will be respected just as it is today inside of the “Reports” option that takes users to Onboard’s current workbench.
  

  

• Users can be enabled/disabled via Talent Suite import.

  • There is a new column available, “OB_ADMIN_ACCESS”, in the Talent Suite import file

  • Values of “1” for enabled, and “0” for disabled can be sent via import

  • There is no support for “Active no access” for this application
