Introduction

Three Onboard applications work together for the onboarding experience.

• Onboard New Hire (for new hires)

• Onboard Manager (for onboarding managers)

• Onboard Configuration (for administrators who configure Onboard)

Onboard Configuration is the back-end application for the configuration of Onboard.

Onboard and Onboard Manager are front-end applications. Because Onboard New Hire and Onboard Manager are configured to mirror each other (both have My Tasks pages, for example), often the same field in Onboard Configuration configures both Onboard New Hire and Onboard Manager.

This document explains how to use Onboard Configuration to configure Onboard New Hire and Onboard Manager.

Note: Because of the interaction between BrassRing, this document also explains the configurations needed to have them work together.
