Updated Start Date/Orientation Date Email to New Hire

Previously, when the start/orientation date was changed in an activity and upon completion, the activity associated email was not updated with the changed date, however, the system is updated.

Starting this release, when the new hire's start date is updated in the reopened task, the updated start date is included in the Onboard admin activity correspondence templates associated with the task when the task is completed.

Onboarding Forms Error

Currently, we see a message when the locale-specific form is unavailable for generic form tasks.

Starting this release, the default form in the English locale is presented to hires or users when the locale-specific form is unavailable in the system.

We can still upload the locale-specific form from the manage forms page in case the locale-specific generic form is to be presented to the hires.

Manage New Hires Date Field Filters

The Date filters were not displaying as designed, post-Dec release deployment. The Fix was patched immediately to Staging and Production dated 12th Dec.

With this fix, the ability to filter results on Date fields within Manage New Hires is fixed.

Instructional text on the Onboard task

When a generic form activity has no fields configured in it, the system shows the form directly in the activity pane.

Though the instructional text is configured, the activity is skipping the text display as no fields are configured in the activity.

Starting this release, the Instructional text is displayed on the first page, and upon Save and continue takes to the Form.
