ONBOARD VISIBLE CHANGES

Onboard Admin: Workflow Preview

Starting with this release, users of the Onboard Admin application can notice a new "Preview" button upon clicking on the Workflow in the Manage Job Workflow page. This feature enables users to review the activities in the Workflow before finalizing its version. The Workflow preview is also made available on the Job Details page, which can be found upon clicking on the Requisition number.

The Preview function is compatible with all supported browsers and devices.

Onboard Manager: Manage New Hires

Starting with this release, we have introduced a new column titled ‘Currently Available Tasks’ in the Table Display and Filter fields. When a user clicks on the ‘Currently Available Tasks’ column, it displays any pending, in-progress, and overdue tasks for the new hire.

The displayed information includes the Task Name, Task Owner, Due Date, Job Application, and Requisition Number.

Onboard Admin: User Types – Reports

Starting with this release, a new ‘Reports’ tab has been added for User Types in the Onboard Admin application, which displays the reporting capabilities listed below. The ‘Reports’ tab also appears when the user clicks on ‘Show Legacy Capabilities’.
