BrassRing Onboard: SSN Validations
Starting with this release, new validations have been introduced for the SSN field. If the SSN provided by a new hire is not in the correct format, the error message below is displayed.

BrassRing Onboard: Add New Hire to a requisition
Users can currently create a requisition and a new hire in the TS BrassRing Onboard application. However, they cannot submit a new hire to an existing requisition in the TS BrassRing Onboard application.
With this release, users can now submit a new hire for an existing requisition in the TS BrassRing Onboard application. The 'Submit to Job' button appears on the 'Job Information' tab when the legacy user type capability 'Rate the applicant or submit applicant to jobs' is enabled.
Path: BrassRing Onboard >> Users >> User types >> Job Requisition >> Edit Job >> Rate the applicant or submit applicant to jobs.
Note: A new hire cannot be submitted for a position they already applied. The BrassRing Onboard start activity must be done manually.

BrassRing Onboard: New Talent Suite Admin User Type
Starting with this release, a new User Type called 'ADMIN_RESET_ONLY' has been introduced in the Talent Suite Admin. Users with this User Type can only search for other users and send password reset and challenge question reset emails. They are not permitted to edit any licensing or user data.
Note: If a user has both "ADMIN_RESET_ONLY" and another User Type assigned, the settings of the other User Type will take priority.
