ONBOARD VISIBLE CHANGES

Onboard: New I-9 form update

The current I-9 form remains valid until July 31, 2026. New hires with a pending I-9 can continue to complete the task using this version.

Starting with this release, the new I-9 form is updated, and it remains valid until May 31, 2027. New hires exported to onboarding after this release can complete the updated I-9 form.

ONBOARD CONFIGURATION CHANGES

Onboard Manager: Add/Edit Job fields

With this release, users can add or edit fields for a job on the Job Details page within the Onboard Manager application. This new feature enables users to update relevant job information even after the job has been initially created, offering greater flexibility to accommodate their business needs. The fields are displayed in the order specified in the 'Job Details’ field sequence section of the Onboard Admin application.

2) Login to Talent Suite >> Onboard Manager >> Click on any new hire >> Onboarding Tasks >> Click on Requisition Number >> Edit

Onboard Admin: Field Sequence – Job Details

Starting with this release, a new 'Job Details' section has been added under the 'Field Sequence' options in the Onboard Admin application. This feature enables users to configure job-related fields by adding or removing them at any time and arranging them in the preferred order for display on the job.

Path: Login to Talent Suite >> Onboard Admin >> Click on the Hamburger icon >> Manage Fields >> Field Sequence >> Select the drop-down and click on ‘Job Details’ >> Select the fields from the Job Entity

Note: These fields are not synchronized with the old legacy application.
