Reporting

Infinite recommends the following best practices for reporting on Lead Manager in your organization.

Lead Manager Reports

  • A Lead Source report is available on the Lead Manager home page that can be used to identify the top sources of leads. Sourcers and recruiters can then concentrate efforts on using these sources to generate additional leads. This report can also be used to determine what makes the source effective and then replicate best practices to other sources.

  • A Leads by time report is also available on the Lead Manager home page that can be used to identify the frequency at which leads are being added to the system. This report can display leads by week, month, quarter, or year and can identify trends.

Acoustic Campaign Reports

  • The Mailing Report describes all the communications that have been sent from Acoustic Campaign including the sender, and any tracking details, for a set date period.

  • The Inactivity Report describes whether autoresponder or automated messages are functioning, and how often they are used in Acoustic Campaign.

  • The Single Mailing Report tracks the number of times an email communication was opened by leads to measure their effectiveness.

Data Insight Tool Reports that can be created

  • Data Insight Tool Reports are self-service and can be created by your organization to report on Lead Manager fields.

  • A Leads Progress Report can be created by outputting the Lead Name, Date Created, Modified on, Last Action Date, and the Lead Tracking Logic. This can be used to identify issues with your process flow that need to be addressed or determine the quality and activity of leads to inactivate any stagnant leads.

  • A Lead to Hire report can be created by outputting the leads details, the Leads Status details, the candidate details, and the candidates HR status details. Matching leads and candidates can be used to track the time from when a lead was added to Lead Manager to the time they were hired in BrassRing on Cloud. This report can be combined with the Source details to identify sources that are leading to hires.

  • A Lead Source report can be created by outputting the lead details and the source details. This can be used to identify the best sources of leads and concentrate efforts on using them to source more Leads. This report can also be used to determine what makes the Source effective and replicate best practices from those sources. Sources such as the landing page or the sourcer can be identified. This report can also be used to determine the Quantity of Leads per Sourcer as part of any metrics.

  • An Active Campaigns report can be created by outputting the Job Title, Date Created, Date Modified and Status fields. This can be used to determine aging or stagnant campaigns.

  • A Leads per Campaign Report can be created by outputting campaign details and lead details to determine campaigns that might have an unmanageable number of leads and prompt you to organize leads into other categories such as area of interest.
